The Elemental Awareness course explores the five elements that constitute the human being and all of nature. Each module of the course consists of five 15-minute facilitated conscious dance practices that delve into the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and ether. These practices revolve around various themes centered on the elements, providing participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding and connection to their elemental nature. By engaging in these practices, participants can cultivate a profound awareness and appreciation for the elemental aspects of their being.
