So good to dance! Looking forward to this regular practice for three weeks. I love that there are others also doing it!  Today I mostly noticed my body and how stiff it was feeling. I was gentle and let it slowly open up. By end I was feeling much more alive and free in my body. So I’m grateful for that! Also appreciated the guidance. It really helped me bring attention to things I would not likely have noticed in myself. Just another layer of focus I liked.
