I like how you descibe authenticity as ‘authentic-self expression’ Denise. I will use that one! Being truly authentic is what matters most to me. Where i’ve gone wrong over the years however, is by dimming my light to the world. I am learning to shine, and it’s a place that feels vulnerable to me. Yet, now I am a mother, I want nothing more then to raise conscious children and to know who they are. So Authentic-self expression, yeah it’s a good one. x
