Hello beautiful peoples! I am Paula and I live in Lethbridge Alberta, Canada. I am passionate about freedom of expression and the deep dive experience inherent in conscious dance. Music and movement have been my medicine for 6 years now. I love to surrender into the flow of music and dance out those parts of me that need/want to show up in the moment, to be expressed and healed.
Im also a personal development coach who loves to hold space for others and help them through blocks towards their own success. I love the teachings of Buddha, Swami Radha and A Course in Miracles. Im also drawn to energetic healing arts such as meditation,mantra,reiki and tai chi.
