Day 3
Inviting all of You
Welcome to Day 3
Yesterday we started opening the conversation. We started learning and observing our bodies language. Today we continue with our preparation. We are systematically moving through all dimensions of our awareness and today we are going to enter into our astral, psychic, imaginative and intuitive dimension. We are going to dance a form of dance known as Shamanic Dance.
Everybody has a paradigm, a set of beliefs, a religious and spiritual background. I'm not asking anyone to try make stuff up that you don't believe in. Or feel disempowered because everybody else has a spirit animal and you've simple never experienced that. Shamanic dance is a very personal experience and it is always best to keep it internal. Today you can move opening your awareness to the things you believe in and draw support from. More importantly however is to also open to possibilities of having new experiences and conversation with our archetypical/psychic dimension. Whatever your experience is in this dance, it is valid. It is your experience. You will not need to make anything up.
The Practice
We are inviting all of ourselves to play today with this practice. The more aspects of ourself we can become aware of, ask for support from, get guidance and inspiration, and flashes of intuition from, the more we will be able to harness these aspects in the forming of and experiencing of our vision. Below is the guided movement meditation practice for today . Give yourself a full half hour for the practice. Make sure you have room to move freely and even vigorously. Switch your phone onto silent. Before you begin, take a look around and take in your environment, where you are, the time of day, etc. Get comfortable.
Guidelines are the same as the other days however today I would strongly recommend dancing with your eyes closed the whole practice.
For the Rest of Today
Pay attention throughout the day. Be open to conversation between the known and unknown. There is meaning where we put meaning. Notice what the world is telling you. Trust your intuition to read the signs and know what they mean. Pay attention to events that happen, particularly with nature, with relationships, and with synchronistic experiences. Reflect on what you are seeing outside of yourself and what you are experiencing inside your being. Contemplate what symbols, mythologies, archetypes if any have meaning for you right now. Are there any themes dominating your awareness. Explore your narratives and dreams. What is being resonating with most in the world.
Today was somewhat harder from a physical perspective, but good to dance through the discomfort. Had a brief, but very visceral sense of my essential being. Again, thank you.
