A 7 day practice in establishing and following your Vision.
Awake Human Being invites you to explore a way to discover, embody and allow your vision to become your guide in Life.
Your vision is a feeling. You can feel it in your body.
Take this 7 day challenge to find the resolve or vision for the year ahead. It's not a thing like, "I will stop smoking", "Go to gym 5 times a week", "Get healthy", "Love more", etc. Your vision is a feeling. You can feel it in your body. When you move, act, respond, and speak in alignment with this feeling, then you are moving in the direction of your resolution. When face a choice and check in if the yes or the no makes you feel the feeling more, then you are following your will. Your vision.
Over time your whole life will align itself to this vision.
The practice is based in mindful moving meditation (conscious dance) where we discover, embody and integrate our vision. This then allows us to move in our life following a clear direction. We don't need to concern ourselves with specifics. We can allow our life to unfold in whatever forms it takes, but riding on the intention of a very clear feeling in our body. It becomes the compass that will give us direction in navigating life this year!
All are welcome to join for this practice. You do not need to know how to dance.
The only requirement is to commit to a 25-30 minute guided practice daily for 7 days.
Are You in?
You can do this practice at anytime, but I would advise that if you start it you make a strong commitment to finish it. The more you put in, the more you will get out.
- I will do this practice daily for the next7 days.
- Pick a time each day to do the 30 minute guided moving meditation recording. Ideally the same time each day. First thing in the morning is best.
- Allow the practice to bring a deeper quality of awareness to the rest of your day.
- Commit to being even more open to your feelings and Being during this time.
Please feel free to leave comments at the bottom of the daily pages sharing your experience of the practice with the other dancers in the community. You can ask any questions there too, and I will endeavour to answer them.
